The Department of Theatre at Ohio State Lima presents "Villain: DeBlanks! Book Club: A fill-in-the-blanks whodunnit" at 7:30 p.m., Friday, Oct. 23, and Saturday, Oct. 24; and 2 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 25, in the Reed Hall Cafeteria. Tickets are $5 at the door. Credit/debit cards only. Box Office opens one hour prior to start.
Villain: DeBlanks is basically a long form mash-up of Mad Libs and Clue. The audience provides nouns, adjectives and verbs (the wilder, the better), and the actors provide the laughs — uncensored and unrehearsed — as they solve the mystery of Philip DeBlanks’ untimely demise. The tone of the evening is determined by the words our audiences contribute.
